If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) (undamaged and intact) within 30 days of purchase and a full refund or exchange will be given.
Returns can be received in the school office in person, or by post (at your own cost) when purchased online. If you wish to return a product in person, please email [email protected] to arrange a suitable time to return this.
If a refund is requested, then the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method. If an exchange is required, please indicate product and size (if applicable) required.
Please note that if the exchange item is cheaper than the price of the original purchase we will automatically refund the difference, however if the item is more expensive then we will contact you for payment authorisation.
